The Sketchbook Project 2012 pages 7-8

I have been looking around at the other sketchbooks on the go and of past projects and noticed some artist using only one side of the paper when working in ink. I have continued to use both sides and avoid ink. If I use penitrating media I am going to work on separte paper and paste it in.

Here is another page spread completed for The Sketchbook Project 2012 sketchbook. Here are my other pages completed so far: Pages 1-5 and Page 6

Friends it is not too late to sign up. The sketchbook have to be finished by January. Sign up by using coupon code "Australia" (without the quotes) at check out for a 3 dollar discount

Hi Kayleen, Just visited your work at 'Arthouse'. Fabulous work. I love the diversity, the last two pages...your children? is great. I was trying to read the writing, then I was going to ask you what the last bit said about doing or not doing the beading but't want to know, will save it till I see it in person at the exhibition. How exciting will it be to retrieve it from the shelf and see it for real.

Hi Rosemary, The child is my 10 year old. I wrote "Moving targets are so hard". She didn't sit still for a second.

Hi kayleen, I just wanted to say how glad I am that I found your blog. It's truly inspiring. I'm looking to create my own book too so following your journey (after reading each and every post at 4am when the baby had me up!) was fantastic! I'm looking forward to reading more. Hailing x
